Morgan Lewis Honored with Partners in Philanthropy Award for Philabundance Partnership

PHILADELPHIA, March 6, 2026: The Philadelphia Business Journal has recognized Morgan Lewis with its annual Partners in Philanthropy Award for the firm's long-standing partnership with Philabundance, a nonprofit organization dedicated to ending hunger in the Greater Philadelphia area. The award recognizes impactful charitable partnerships across the region.

Morgan Lewis’s relationship with Philabundance spans decades, with more than 100 lawyers serving as advocates and general counsel for the nonprofit since 1999. Litigation partner Su Jin Kim currently coordinates the firm’s efforts with Philabundance.

In April 2021, Philabundance launched its Justice for the Hungry (JFTH) campaign to support communities during the pandemic. In 2024, the organization launched the JFTH Law Firm Challenge, a friendly competition among Philadelphia-area law firms to raise funds and donate food. Morgan Lewis was one of the first firms to participate and competed again in 2025, winning both years by contributing more than $160,000 to the campaign.
