Morgan Lewis Advises on Collective Acquisition Corp II $220 Million Initial Public Offering

NEW YORK, April 30, 2026: Morgan Lewis advised the sole book-running manager in an initial public offering of 22 million units of Collective Acquisition Corp II for $220 million.

Collective Acquisition Corp II is a special purpose acquisition corporation (SPAC) focusing its search initially on businesses that provide products or services impacting the sovereignty, security, self-sufficiency, or other national interests of the United States and/or its allies, including in the financial, strategic resources, defense technology, and artificial intelligence sectors.
