Morgan Lewis advises Tikehau Investment Management on sale of Quarkslab to Airbus

PARIS, 29 April 2026: Morgan Lewis has advised Tikehau Investment Management on the sale of Quarkslab, a French cybersecurity company, to Airbus.

Headquartered in Paris and backed by Tikehau Capital since 2020, Quarkslab is a specialist cybersecurity firm providing cyber security solutions to protect critical assets, data, and users from increasingly sophisticated cyber threats. Founded in 2011, Quarkslab serves both public and private sector clients, including defense, and aerospace industries.

Airbus provides products, services and solutions for the commercial aircraft, helicopter, defense and space sectors. They offer a wide range of products and services designed to meet the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

Airbus has entered into an agreement to acquire Quarkslab as part of its strategy to reinforce its position as a trusted, sovereign partner for French authorities, while strengthening its presence in the European cybersecurity landscape.
