Litigator of the Week Runners-Up and Shout-Outs (May 22, 2026), The AmLaw Litigation Daily

The AmLaw Litigation Daily gave “shout-out” recognition to partner Lincoln Bisbee and associate Hanna Martin, who represented Consolidated Edison Company of New York Inc. (ConEd) in a case where a former employee accused the company of failure to accommodate after a prolonged absence recovering from an auto accident. After a five-day trial in federal court in Manhattan, jurors returned a verdict for ConEd.
