Morgan Lewis is one of only two law firm data practices included in the category.
Formerly known as the eData practice, Morgan Lewis’s data analytics & governance practice helps clients manage the full data lifecycle, including information governance, discovery strategy, analytics, technology-assisted review, data preservation, cross-border data issues, and defensible workflows for disputes and investigations. The Legal 500 noted that the practice advises across a wide range of disputes, including employment, intellectual property, and trade secret matters, and combines legal and technical capabilities to manage data identification, preservation, and review in complex matters.
The practice is led globally by Scott Milner, with partners Tara Lawler and Jennifer Mott Williams also heading the team.
