Morgan Lewis Partner Jason White Named to Bloomberg Law’s Unrivaled List
July 08, 2026CHICAGO, July 8, 2026: Bloomberg Law has recognized Morgan Lewis partner Jason White on its inaugural Unrivaled list, which celebrates litigators who have distinguished themselves through high-stakes trials and significant client victories. The list honors lawyers who have achieved notable wins in jury or bench trials and/or favorable settlements between January 2024 and March 2026.
Jason is a first-chair trial lawyer who leads litigation teams in complex intellectual property (IP) disputes involving utility patents, design patents, trademarks, trade dress, unfair competition, and trade secrets in the technology and life sciences industries. Over the past two years, he and his teams have won four major trials in venues from Texas to Delaware, involving patents on technologies and products such as high-definition televisions and modular storage containers. Jason currently serves as a co-leader of the firm’s technology IP disputes practice.
Among the matters highlighted by Bloomberg Law are a complete defense verdict for LG Electronics in a Texas patent dispute, a resounding trial victory for HID in a Delaware trade secret and patent case, and a bet-the-company patent infringement and validity case for Milwaukee Tool before the International Trade Commission.
