Morgan Lewis Associate Marlie Blaise Honored Among New Jersey’s 2026 New Leaders of the Bar

PRINCETON, September 14, 2026: Associate Marlie Blaise has been named winner of the New Leaders of the Bar – Employment award as part of the 2026 New Jersey Legal Awards, which celebrate lawyers who have made an impact on New Jersey’s legal community and beyond.

The New Leaders of the Bar category recognizes lawyers under the age of 40 for their notable achievements and outstanding potential. Marlie is honored for her work on behalf of Fortune 500 companies and other leading employers, for whom she manages complex employment litigation, arbitrations, and day-to-day counseling on sensitive workplace issues, and for her mentorship of younger associates.

She additionally advises clients on discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, leave, accommodation, and other workplace issues and counsels employers on union organizing campaigns, collective bargaining negotiations, and in proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board.

Marlie and other honorees will be celebrated October 29 at an awards ceremony.
