Morgan Lewis Advises Fime on Acquisition of Red Alert Labs

PARIS, October 5, 2026: Morgan Lewis has advised Fime, a company that enables its clients to create and launch trusted and secure payments, smart mobility, and digital identity solutions, on the acquisition of Red Alert Labs, a French cybersecurity company specializing in the cybersecurity and compliance of connected products.

The transaction adds cybersecurity evaluation, certification expertise, and compliance automation to Fime’s established capabilities. Red Alert Labs will continue to operate as an accredited and independent cybersecurity laboratory, and Roland Atoui will continue to lead the company.
