Partner Nathan Andrisani laid out the timeline of events and major developments throughout his seven-year pro bono representation of Andrew Swainson in an article for the American Bar Association’s Law Practice Today. Nathan partnered with the Pennsylvania Innocence Project to prove Andrew was not guilty of the 1988 murder of his friend, Stanley Opher, resulting in Andrew’s release from prison following more than 30 years behind bars.
