Jaclyn, Martha, and Amy noted that the pilot program is tied to a larger effort by the DOJ to encourage companies to improve their corporate compliance programs, self-report issues, and hold individuals accountable for misconduct.
“In light of these new policies, companies that are not already taking steps to update their compliance and compensation programs should do so immediately,” they wrote.
