US SEC Announces Important Revisions to Enforcement Manual, Global Relay Intelligence & Practice

Partners Kelly Gibson and Carolyn Welshhans and associate Michael Hacker co-authored an article for Global Relay Intelligence & Practice analyzing recent updates from the US Securities & Exchange Commission to the agency’s Enforcement Manual (the Manual).

The authors discuss updates to the Wells process, simultaneous consideration of potential settlements and waiver applications, enhancements to cooperation and remediation sections, and other noteworthy changes to the Manual.
