Dannielle Hamer advises clients in complex commercial litigation and international arbitration disputes across a range of areas, with a particular focus on the banking, financial services, and aviation sectors. She regularly acts for clients in English High Court litigation and arbitration disputes under the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and the DIFC-LCIA Arbitration Centre. Dannielle also counsels multinational clients on corporate governance and regulatory compliance, including investigations in matters involving fraud, allegations of money laundering and violations of antibribery legislation.
