Jesse Ryan Taylor represents US and international clients in strategic commercial transactions and licensing matters, with a particular focus on the technology, ecommerce, and sports industries. His work includes supporting commercial transactions for technology innovators, retailers, and manufacturers and counseling clients in the ecommerce and sports industries on licensing, sponsorship, and virtual property matters. Jesse leverages his previous in-house counsel experience at a multinational corporation to provide clients with practical, business-oriented advice throughout each phase of a transaction, from the RFP process through contract negotiations.
Before joining Morgan Lewis, Jesse was Legal Counsel to a multinational energy management and automation corporation where he supported the drafting and negotiation of agreements for the global IT and North American supply chain divisions.
When in law school, Jesse interned at the criminal division of the United States Attorney’s Office in San Francisco, California, and at the United States District Court, District of Massachusetts for Magistrate Judge Jennifer C. Boal.
