Kurt W. Rademacher

In addition to his transactional and advisory work, Kurt has represented clients in various courts throughout the country in trust instructional proceedings concerning the ongoing administration of structured products. A member of the firm’s Class Action Working Group, Kurt has also defended clients in civil securities fraud actions involving and CDOs, civil cases arising from alleged breaches concerning RMBS, and litigation challenging proposed M&A transactions.

Kurt maintains an active pro bono practice. Among other representations, he has worked with a veteran seeking government benefits for combat-related injuries, a New York nonprofit providing training services to unemployed fathers, and numerous clients seeking U.S. citizenship.
