Marco DiLeonardo
Marco DiLeonardo concentrates his practice on a variety of transactional matters, including joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, general corporate governance matters, and capital markets. He advises clients ranging from emerging market companies to Fortune 500 companies, together with private equity funds and strategic investors.
During law school, Marco served as a Rule 3:03 student attorney in the Boston University International Human Rights Clinic, where he submitted a legal brief to the Inter-American Court of Human Rights. He also worked as an editor for the Boston University International Law Journal, which published his note on corporate governance. Before law school, Marco taught high school Spanish and history in North Philadelphia through Teach for America.
