Rahul Patel represents issuers and financial institutions in a wide range of public and private capital-raising transactions. Drawing on his previous tenure as an attorney-advisor with the US Securities and Exchange Commission in the Division of Corporation Finance, Rahul advises clients on initial public offerings, follow-on and secondary offerings, private placements, investment-grade and high-yield debt issuances, and liability management transactions. He also counsels public companies on matters involving governance and corporate and securities law.
Rahul’s practice spans a broad range of industries, including digital assets, finance, energy and utilities, life sciences, technology and real estate investment trusts (REITs).
