Yericca Morales is part of a team of lawyers that advises clients in a wide range of areas, including white collar litigation, government and internal investigations, and complex commercial disputes. She has experience defending clients in qui tam lawsuits and investigations arising under the False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback Statute, and a variety of other provisions of federal and state law. She also counsels clients on the implementation of corporate ethics and compliance programs. Yericca maintains an active pro bono practice focused on immigration matters.
