ABA Virtual 2025 Fall Tax Meeting

The American Bar Association’s Virtual 2025 Fall Tax Meeting is an event that brings together the country's leading tax lawyers and government officials for discussions on the latest federal, state, and local tax policies, and more.

Tax partner Alex Sadler will be participating on the panel Section 41 Research Credit on Wednesday, October 22. As the largest single domestic exam issue, the panel will review the current state of the research credit at IRS exam and appeals as well as recent developments, including comment letters.  This panel will also discuss the impact of recently passed One Big Beautiful Bill Act provisions on the research credit.

Tax partner Jamie Steele will also be co-chairing a panel on Thursday, October 23 at 10:30 am titled Pro Bono & Tax Clinics.
