Inter-Pacific Bar Association (IPBA) Annual Conference

Lesli Ligorner will attend the Inter-Pacific Bar Association (IPBA) Annual Conference in New Delhi on February 28, 2026. During the event, Lesli will moderate a panel on cross-border employment investigations, including data protection and other legal and regulatory pitfalls. This panel will address new developments in data transfer, employment considerations during and post-investigation, whistleblower protections, and anti-retaliation protections.
