PHILADELPHIA, September 14, 2022: Partners Jack Dodds and Aaron Suh have been named to the 2022 edition of Philadelphia Business Journal’s Best of the Bar: Philadelphia’s Top Lawyers list. The annual awards honor the city's leading lawyers across 10 practice categories based on their recent achievements, including the legal significance, size of the results, and business impact of the work.
Recognized in the series’ White Collar Criminal Defense Litigation category, Jack brings the perspective of a former federal prosecutor to his defense of individuals and organizations targeted in government investigations and related litigation. A fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, he also conducts internal investigations and represents clients in white collar matters, qui tam cases, and other litigation involving claims of fraud and abuse. His representation spans industries, including the pharmaceutical, medical device, and financial services sectors.
Aaron, who was named in the contest’s Corporate category, serves as a trusted adviser to public companies, private equity sponsors, private firms, and sovereign wealth funds in the structuring and negotiation of their domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, majority and minority investments, corporate venture investments, divestitures, spinoffs, joint ventures, and corporate governance matters. His clients come from a broad array of industries, including high tech, security, telecommunications, retail, SaaS, artificial intelligence, public safety, life sciences, pharmaceutical, healthcare providers, financial services, specialty lending, food and beverage/spirits, and energy.
