Global Legal Group has published ICLG – Lending & Secured Finance 2023, a guide providing corporate counsel and international practitioners with a comprehensive legal analysis of the laws and regulations of lending and secured finance.
Partner Thomas Mellor served as the contributing editor of the guide, a role he has held for the past 10 years. Tom wrote the 11th edition preface and co-wrote the guide’s overview chapter, “An Introduction to Legal Risk and Structuring Cross-Border Lending Transactions,” with of counsel Marcus Marsh and associate Jasmine Badreddine.
Tom, along with partners Kate Weinstein and Rick Denhup, co-authored the USA chapter, providing a broad overview of current issues and trends in the US lending market and secured finance laws and regulations in the United States.
