Ministers Reject UK Menopause Law Reform Fearing “Discrimination Against Men,” International Employment Lawyer

Partner Louise Skinner spoke to International Employment Lawyer about the UK government’s response to a report on menopause in the workplace.

“Employers should consider taking proactive steps to create an inclusive, supportive environment for menopausal employees, which could include implementing policies, appointing menopause champions, providing training and information for employees and line managers, and sign-posting employees to appropriate occupational health services,” said Louise.
