LONDON, June 26, 2023: Morgan Lewis partner Nichola Foley has been named to Financial News’ list of Rising Stars of Legal Services 2023. Published for the first time since 2016, the list recognizes 25 of Europe’s up-and-coming lawyers under the age of 40 who work on transactional matters with a focus on the financial services sector.
Nichola advises on a wide range of international banking and finance matters including leveraged finance, acquisition finance, trade and asset finance, aviation finance, and project finance, as well as private placements and insolvency, restructurings, and workouts. She is also a seasoned fund finance practitioner and has advised clients on subscription line facilities, NAV facilities, and hybrid facilities.
In addition, Nichola serves as pro bono chair for Morgan Lewis’s London office and co-leads the firm’s Women in Aviation initiative.
