Partner Wendy Tan was quoted in a Human Resources Director article discussing Singapore’s expected introduction of a new workplace law that will require employers to have grievance handling processes.
“Companies with existing policies should look at renewing or updating their policies to make sure that they are relevant and they are up to date with best practices,” said Wendy.
