Global Legal Group has published ICLG — Lending & Secured Finance 2022 — a guide providing corporate counsel and international practitioners with a comprehensive worldwide legal analysis of the laws and regulations of lending and secured finance.
Morgan Lewis partner Thomas Mellor served as the contributing editor of the guide, a role he has held for the past nine years. Tom wrote the 10th edition preface and co-wrote the guide’s overview chapter, “An Introduction to Legal Risk and Structuring Cross-Border Lending Transactions,” with of counsel Marcus Marsh and associate Jasmine Badreddine. Tom, along with partners Kate Weinstein, and Rick Denhup, co-authored the “USA Country Q&A” chapter, providing a broad overview of current issues and trends in the US lending market and secured finance laws and regulations in the United States.
