Alison P. Patitucci, Ph.D., focuses her practice on patent litigation and patent prosecution in the life sciences sector. Her practice encompasses a variety of technologies related to the life sciences, including biologic and small molecule pharmaceuticals, gene editing systems, diagnostics, organic light emitting diodes, and material sciences.
Alison received her Ph.D. in pharmaceutics and pharmaceutical chemistry from Ohio State University. Her doctoral work focused on the mechanism of action of allosteric HIV integrase inhibitors. Before joining Morgan Lewis, Alison served as a law clerk to Judge Paul S. Diamond of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She also worked as a patent agent at an intellectual property boutique firm in the greater Philadelphia area.
