Annaliese Parker advises clients on intellectual property (IP) matters, with a focus on patent prosecution and strategy. She has drafted patents across a wide range of technologies, including consumer devices, user interfaces, wireless communications, software, and artificial intelligence. She also supports inter partes reviews (IPRs) and patent litigation teams as a technical consultant, particularly in semiconductor matters, where her ability to translate technical complexity into legal strategy aligns with her prior work experience. Annaliese is an electrical engineer with work experience in both defense and semiconductors.
Before practicing law, Annaliese was an electrical engineer developing satellite subsystem hardware for Lockheed Martin. She later served as a business manager at Analog Devices, where she oversaw worldwide digital-to-analog and analog-to-digital converter product lines. This combination of hands-on engineering and commercial leadership gives her a well-rounded perspective on both the technical and business aspects of innovation. Today, she brings that experience to her legal practice—partnering with clients to build strategic, business-aligned patent portfolios and navigate high-stakes IP challenges with confidence.
