Arnaud Grünthaler
Focusing on banking and financial law, Arnaud Grünthaler counsels management companies, credit institutions, insurance companies, financial intermediaries, and fintech companies on matters involving asset management, financial services, insurance products, and payment services. He advises clients in the digital asset space on their formation and organization, as well as the structuring and distribution of their services and products, drawing on a deep understanding of EU digital asset regulations. Arnaud also advises on the development of innovative financial products, services, and market infrastructure.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Arnaud was a partner at an accounting and advisory firm and before that a partner at another global law firm.
