Chris Lloyd specializes in the formation and management of private investment funds. He advises a broad range of funds across strategies and industries, from the establishment of first-time funds through to large scale matters for international fund managers. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Chris trained at the London office of another US-headquartered law firm. He is fluent in English and Japanese.
