Christopher Andrew Bathon focuses his practice on advising and representing registered and private funds and their advisors on a wide range of legal, regulatory, and transactional matters, including fund formation, ongoing compliance, and corporate governance.

Before joining Morgan Lewis, Chris worked for a large US professional services firm, leading foreign assistance projects in developing countries around the world. He worked full-time while pursuing his J.D. at Temple University, traveling regularly to directly oversee project operations in Latin America, Asia, and Europe.
