Clayton T. Scott

Clayton T. Scott represents and advises clients on a variety of litigation and enforcement matters and has experience with commercial and securities-related disputes. Clayton works with clients across a variety of industries, including financial services, life sciences, and technology. In law school, he was a managing editor of the Boston College Law Review and worked as a student attorney at the Immigration Law Clinic at Boston College Law School.

During law school, Clayton also worked as an intern at the US Attorney’s Office for the District of Massachusetts in the Narcotics and Money Laundering Unit, and as an extern for Judge Timothy S. Hillman of the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

Clayton’s pro bono practice includes representing immigrants seeking asylum and helping veterans and their families access state and federal resources.

Prior to law school, Clayton was a middle school science, special education, and mathematics teacher in Boston as part of Teach For America, and was a member of the Boston College Men’s Lacrosse team.
