Daniel D. Conroy

Daniel D. Conroy focuses his practice on advising and representing registered and private funds and their advisors on a wide range of legal, regulatory, and transactional matters, including fund formation, ongoing compliance, and corporate governance. He also works with broker-dealer clients with respect to transactions in exchange-traded funds.

While in the J.D./M.B.A. program at Villanova University, Dan interned in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania for Judge C. Darnell Jones II.  During his undergraduate years at Boston College, he majored in mathematics and interned at a Boston-based hedge fund and at a New York-based private equity firm.
