David Ambler advises on complex private fund transactions, with a particular emphasis on the secondary market. David represents clients in sponsor-led transactions, such as continuation vehicles and other GP-led liquidity initiatives, as well as investor-led secondary transactions, including the acquisition and disposition of private fund interests through large-scale portfolio sales. He also advises on co-investments and primary fund investments across a broad range of asset classes.
Additionally, David counsels fund sponsors on the structuring, formation, governance, and ongoing operation of private investment funds, providing strategic advice across the fund lifecycle.
