Before joining Morgan Lewis, Diane practiced for several years at a leading US law firm, where she gained experience advising global financial institutions and investment firms.
Diane regularly assists clients with structuring and licensing of banks, investment firms, and asset managers, as well as with regulatory investigations and supervisory reviews. Diane also advises fintech companies, crypto-asset service providers, and institutional investors on regulatory developments affecting digital assets.
