Divya is qualified in New York and England and Wales and brings her deep knowledge of international fund offerings and market terms to her representation of an array of clients, including sovereign wealth funds, financial institutions, investment banks, multinational companies, and US, European, and Asian companies.

She has long represented sponsors and managers focused on emerging markets, including in Asia, Africa, and Latin America. Clients describe her as “client-oriented,” “good at problem solving,” and “technically strong.”

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Divya worked in the London and Singapore offices of another global law firm.
