Erin Youngblood advises financial institutions, including banks, broker-dealers, asset managers, and investment funds on derivatives and trading documentation. Her practice encompasses a wide range of securities-related legal and regulatory matters, including analyzing cross-border close-out netting and insolvency regimes, supporting negotiations of margin and collateral arrangements, and advising working groups on regulatory developments affecting global financial markets. While attending law school, Erin served as an editor for the Harvard Journal of Sports and Entertainment Law and as a law clerk in the firm’s investment management practice.
