Jude Suvak focuses his practice on advising and representing registered and private funds and their advisors on a wide range of legal, regulatory, and transactional matters, including fund formation, ongoing compliance, and corporate governance.

Before joining Morgan Lewis, Jude served in the United States Army Reserve as a Paralegal Specialist in the Judge Advocate General’s Corps. While pursuing his undergraduate and juris doctor degrees, he attained the rank of Sergeant and received two Army Commendation Medals for meritorious service.
