Kristjan Bloudoff is an intellectual property (IP) lawyer based in London. Drawing on his scientific technical background, Kris assists clients facing challenging legal issues across the life sciences, pharmaceutical, and high-technology sectors. In particular, Kris focuses on complex IP disputes, with an emphasis on cross-border patent litigation and Standard Essential Patents (SEP)/Fair, Reasonable, and Non-Discriminatory (FRAND)-related matters, and he has represented clients in the Patents Court and the Court of Appeal. Before joining Morgan Lewis, Kris practiced in the IP litigation group of a Magic Circle law firm in London.
