Michael L. Kichline
As a senior member of Morgan Lewis’s litigation practice, Michael Kichline has three decades of experience defending corporations, boards of directors, and other clients in complex, high-stakes disputes, including securities and derivative litigation, corporate governance matters, M&A disputes, and commercial litigation.
