Michael K. Taylor
Michael K. Taylor is part of a team that advises clients on labor and employment issues, including international counseling, management relations, and labor disputes. Michael’s practice focuses on National Labor Relations Act litigation and counseling, advising clients in positive employee relations campaigns, organizing campaigns, labor disruptions, collective bargaining matters, National Labor Relations Board proceedings, and arbitrations. Michael also counsels clients on labor issues arising in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other corporate transactions, including bargaining obligations and labor-related transaction planning.
During law school, Michael was a certified legal intern for the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office where he handled felony preliminary hearings and tried numerous cases in Philadelphia Municipal Court.
