Nicole Mayer-Whipple
In her role as Senior Manager of Workplace Training, Nicole oversees all logistics and content management for training and consulting programs in the areas of legal compliance, including harassment and discrimination, reasonable accommodations, family and medical leave, unconscious bias, ethics, and workplace investigations, as well as HR soft skills programs. Nicole matches trainers with clients, ensuring that the trainers’ areas of proficiency and experience meets the clients’ needs. Nicole customizes course materials and presentations and manages proposals, contracts, and billing for Morgan Lewis’s workplace training function. Nicole also develops and manages all eLearning course projects.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Nicole served as a production manager at a premier Philadelphia-based event management firm, specializing in the creative design, planning, and execution of high-profile events and productions at the local and national levels. In this role, she collaborated with high-profile clients and managed production staff and union labor crews. As a freelance production manager, Nicole worked on various films and live events, including gubernatorial inaugurations, presidential campaign events, and other high-profile political events.
Nicole is a former board member of the Young Professionals Network of the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce, for which she also served as co-chair for the Volunteer Committee.
