Paul is part of the firm’s global insurance recovery practice, advising policyholders on international and fast-moving insurance recovery matters across various lines of business and industries, with a particular focus on the aviation industry.
Paul has represented clients in commercial litigation arising out of the most high-profile issues in recent years, including acting for investment funds in relation to a first-of-its-kind multimillion-dollar securities litigation claim under s.90A of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000.
