Paul has represented clients in commercial litigation arising out of some of the most high-profile issues in recent years, including acting for aviation lessor policyholders in relation to multibillion-dollar claims amid the Ukraine conflict, and investment funds in relation to several securities litigation claims under Section 90A of the UK Financial Services and Markets Act 2000.
