Savannah West represents private equity sponsors and fund managers in the structuring, formation, and operation of private investment funds. Savannah focuses her practice on private equity strategies, including secondaries transactions, co-investments, and primary fundraisings, and she advises on related regulatory and transactional matters across the fund lifecycle.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Savannah worked at international law firms, where she advised on cross-border investment fund matters and supported a range of corporate transactions.
