Artificial Intelligence in Banking and Consumer Financial Services

Mittwoch, 26. August 2026
12:00 - 01:00 Eastern Daylight Time

Please join us for a session examining the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in banking and consumer financial services, with a focus on legal risk, enforcement, and governance.

We will explore how AI is embedded across core banking functions and how existing regulatory frameworks—including ECOA, FCRA, EFTA, and UDAAP—apply to AI-driven systems.

We will also highlight key areas of regulatory scrutiny, recent enforcement and litigation trends, and the growing role of state attorneys general in overseeing AI-related risks.

The session will address emerging issues like agentic AI and third-party vendor risk and conclude with practical guidance on integrating AI into existing compliance and risk management frameworks.
