ERISA’s 40th anniversary was on September 2, 2014. Please join our Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice for a webinar to discuss ERISA’s successes, challenges, and policies in the 21st century.
We will provide a brief review of ERISA’s many positive effects over the last four decades and will take a look at the future for retirement plan funding and operation, retirement income structures, employer stock in qualified plans, ERISA litigation trends, employee stock ownership plans, the effects of ERISA on health and welfare plans, and the potential for legislative changes going forward. In addition to presentations from our task force leaders, we will also solicit questions from program participants.
