ERISA Litigation Virtual Roundtable – Plan Sponsors Program

Lawyers in our employee benefits and ERISA litigation practices will host two virtual roundtables in May. This program will focus specifically on issues facing plan sponsors, and on May 18^th we will discuss issues facing providers and insurance carriers.

Each program will be followed by an optional 45-minute social networking event. A select group of general counsel, senior in-house counsel, and benefits professionals will participate in active discussions on hot topics and emerging trends, legal challenges, opportunities, and best practices in ERISA and benefits litigation.

FORMAT

Participants will join by video to better facilitate the collaborative nature of our past roundtables. We will prepare topics to frame the discussion, but the event is also intended to operate as an open forum for all attendees to share their top-of-mind concerns and best practices
