Build Trust and Make Meaningful Connections in Our Remote Work Environments

For companies that are users/potential users of managed services and outsourcing.

Join us for the 15th Annual Women in Shared Services and Outsourcing (WISSO) Virtual Executive Roundtable. We are honored to have Erica Dhawan return to WISSO as our keynote speaker.

Erica, a best-selling author, award-winning speaker, and recognized thought leader, will discuss how to build trust and make meaningful connections in our remote work environments.

Keynote Presentation

In the keynote presentation, Erica will supercharge our WISSO audience with collectively understood behaviors that foster connection, build trust, and drive innovation. Erica combines cutting-edge research with engaging storytelling to decode the new signals and cues that have replaced traditional body language across genders, generations, and culture.

In person, we lean in, uncross our arms, smile, nod, and make eye contact to show we listen and care. Online, reading carefully is the new listening. Writing clearly is the new empathy. And a phone call or video call is worth a thousand emails. How did we lose our innate capacity to understand each other? Humans rely on body language to connect and build trust, but with most of our communications happening from behind a screen, traditional body language signals are no longer visible—or are they?

During the session, we will provide attendees with the opportunity to sign up to receive a copy of Erica's new book, Digital Body Language: How to Build Trust & Connection No Matter the Distance.

Networking Session

Our keynote presentation will be followed by a 30-minute networking session, where you will get a chance to meet or catch up with the amazing women leaders who participate in WISSO. Attendees will be broken up into smaller sessions with discussions led by WISSO alumni.
