PBI’s Corporate Governance 2022

We are pleased to announce that partners Kelly Gibson, Jeff Boujoukos, Mike Kichline, and Laura Hughes McNally and associate Elizabeth Gary will speak on a panel at Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s Corporate Governance 2022. 

The panel will discuss corporate governance topics and trends, including key differences between Pennsylvania and Delaware law, hot topics in corporate governance, including environmental, social, and governance (ESG) matters, and trends in securities and derivative litigation settlements. Former acting Deputy Director of the US Securities and Exchange Commission’s (SEC’s) Division of Enforcement and leader of the SEC’s nationwide Climate and ESG Task Force Kelly Gibson, and former director of the SEC’s Philadelphia Regional Office Jeff Boujoukos, will provide an update on SEC regulatory and enforcement activities.
