Partner Scott Milner participated in Relativity Fest 2022, a multiday conference that brings together ediscovery, compliance, and tech professionals to collaborate and transform the ediscovery landscape. Scott presented during the panel, "Data Mining in Cyber Incident Response: Managing Risk and Spend Through an Evidence-Based Approach," which discussed key elements organizations should consider during a cyber investigation, fundamental checkpoints in the investigation process used to inform downstream data mining work, and data breach notification requirements from a legal, regulatory, and jurisdictional perspective.
