Partner Scott Milner participated in the 2022 Advanced eDiscovery Institute (AEDI), an annual CLE program affiliated with Georgetown University Law Center. Scott served as a member of the AEDI advisory board and 2022 planning committee, contributing subject matter expertise, assisting through marketing the AEDI program, and acting as an ambassador of the AEDI on behalf of Georgetown Law CLE. Scott also moderated the presentation, “Case Law Update: Practical Takeaways from Recent eDiscovery Decisions,” which featured a panel of four distinguished judges who provided practical takeaways related to key topics in the ediscovery community.
